OPB625 Photologic Series Slotted Optical Switches
This series of Photologic® slotted optical switches, from Optek Technology, consist of an IR LED and a monolithic integrated circuit. This includes a photodiode, a linear amplifier and a Schmitt trigger on a single silicon chip.
These slotted optical switches feature a TTL/LSTTL compatible logic level output. They offer four output options.
