Ultra-Ever Dry Base Coat
This revolutionary Ultra-Ever Dry™ Base Coat from Tap France is a superhydrophobic spray (water) and oleophobic (hydrocarbon) coating treatment that uses nanotechnology to repel most water-based (and some oil-based) liquids.
Products can fail for a number of reasons, but water/moisture, oil and dirt contamination can cause products to fail much more quickly. Ultra Ever Dry’s superhydrophobic coating can extend product life significantly; for example, use on electric motors will prevent build-up of moisture on windings, coat nuts and bolts, therefore protecting these against corrosion.
Please note: Ultra-Ever Dry™ is a two-part system. Both parts (base and top coat) must be applied for the product to be effective.
This Ultra-Ever Dry™ Base Coat should be applied using an air-powered sprayer. The base coat bonds to most materials and acts as the primer, providing a consistent material for the top coat (sold separately) to bond to.
Protection types:
Anti-wetting – the coating’s superhydrophobic formula keeps objects dry. Water is easily repelled.
Anti-contamination – bacteria or radiation that can be found in water and other liquids never actually make contact with the surface of the product – just the Ultra-Ever Dry™ Coating – so contamination is greatly reduced or eliminated leaving the surface easy to decontaminate if necessary.
Anti-corrosion – as well as repelling water, the superhydrophobic coating repels saltwater and aqueous acids and bases for enhanced corrosion protection.
Anti-icing – due to the superhydrophobic properties of Ultra-Ever Dry, coated materials remain completely dry which stops the formation of ice altogether – or in the case of frost, makes removal significantly easier.
Life-extending – keeps products and component parts dry, free from corrosion, free from ice, clean and uncontaminated.
Self-cleaning – products coated with Ultra-Ever Dry™ repel dirt and water remaining clean and virtually bacteria-free.
