RS Pro plasticgauge provides a simple effective method for the measurement of clearance between fitted surfaces. Ideal for use with mains bearings, pipe flanges, head gasket, high spots, housings, injection moulding tools or where a feeler gauge cannot be inserted.
Can highlight, clearance, lobing, ovality on shafts
Volumetric measurement takes surface roughness into account
Calibration card supplied
Clearance measurement 0.001in. to 0.020in. (0.025 to 0.5mm) can be taken.
Non corrosive and oil soluble
Supplied with
Plastigauge is supplied in packs to suit clearance ranges. Care should be taken to select the correct range type.
