RS Pro Disposable Heel Grounder

RS Pro disposable heel grounder is excellent for flooring, personnel and visitors ensuring all are grounded in ESD protected areas. The heel grounders are highly visible when worn, bordered by a yellow coloured material. A conductive non-woven nylon strip is held to the heel of footwear by pressure sensitive adhesive. The heel grounders are to be worn on each foot providing maximum ESD grounding.

HOW TO ATTACH:

Release the strip from the pressure sensitive adhesive
Insert the non-adhesive end to the inside of the shoe under the foot ensuring the black dot is in the centre of the heel facing upwards
Wrap the tape around the outside of the shoe ensuring it adheres to the underside of the shoe
Step firmly onto the pressure sensitive adhesive and remove excess material
Check for a ground connection with the RS Combo Tester X3 or another tester
One heel grounder to be attached to each foot
