Dosing Pump Multifunction Valve

Prominent multi function valves are a combined relief and back pressure valve that fits directly onto the pumps dosing head. The back pressure valve creates a uniform backpressure that helps to maintain precise metering and protects against inaccuracy. The valve is easy to operate using two rotary dials either side that return to the original position when released. Suitable for use with almost any chemical.

Relief valve opening pressure 6 or 10 bar (model dependant)
Priming aid for backpressure valve
Discharge line for servicing / maintenance
PVDF Body
PTFE coated diaphragm
FKM and EPDM seals
Suitable for use with Gamma /X, Alpha and Beta solenoid metering pumps.

Metering/Dosing Pumps

For use in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food/drinks industries. All have IP65 glass fibre reinforced housings, solenoid drive mechanisms and LCD displays. A comprehensive user manual is supplied with each model.
