The Kinetis KW2xD Series of BLE/IEEE 802.15.4 compliant wireless microcontrollers are cost-effective, low power SoCs incorporating a 2.4GHz radio transceiver and an ARM Cortex-M4 core processor. The KW01Z Series feature a Sub-1GHz transceiver and a Cortex-M0+ core processor.
