MCP48FVB01/02 8 Bit Digital-to-Analogue Converters
The Microchip MCP48FVB01/02 family are 8-bit voltage output Digital-to-Analogue Converters (DACs) that offer high performance with low power consumption and fast settling time. Featured on-board is Volatile Memory and a SPI Interface that supports write commands up to 20 MHz and read commands of up to 10 MHz. Four different Voltage Reference options are offered.

DAC Voltage Reference Options: Device VDD, External VREF (buffered or unbuffered) and Internal Bandgap (1.22 V typical)
Output Gain Options: Unity (1x), 2x (when not using internal VDD as voltage source)

Power-Down modes
Low-Power Consumption: 180 μA Normal Operation (maximum), 650 nA Power Down Operation (typical)
