Alligator Water Pump Pliers

Manufactured using immersed insulation process. Soft cushioned grip. Excellent mechanical and electrical properties over temperature range -25°C to +70°C. Tested to 10 000V. Insulation material positively bonded to tools and tested at tensile load of 500N after storage for 168 hours at 70°C. Material tested for low flammability. Designed to protect user against accidental contact, flashover when working on or adjacent to energised systems.

Manufactured from Chrome Vanadium electric steel which has been oil-hardened and tempered
Box-joint design, double guide gives high stability
Self-locking on pipes and nuts therefore no slipping on work pieces and minimum operator fatigue
Finger guard
Gripping surfaces with special hardened teeth, hardness is 61 HRC
Two component red and yellow handles easily distinguish these pliers from non-insulated types
