HMP100 High Pressure Test Pump

A high quality manually operated, two speed hydraulic pump unit
Suitable for a wide range of fluids including water, mineral oil and various applications including:
Testing of exhaust manifolds and radiators for motor vehicles
Pressure vessel testing for filtration, processing and other industries
Testing hydraulic circuits
Pressure testing of pipes, water supply and sewerage products
General test rigs for gauges, valves, relief valves and accumulators
Pressure testing of castings
The pump's two stage piston design delivers 49cm3 of fluid per stroke at low pressure, (up to 52 bar) with a simple pushbutton selection valve for high pressure applications up to 700 bar

Safety Note – High-pressure hydraulic equipment can work at extremely high pressure and careful attention should be paid to working pressures when choosing accessories.

Pumps

Hand and air operated hydraulic pumps with load release valves and a maximum working pressure of 700 bar. To enable pump maintenance or repair a service/repair kit is available separately.
