Pocket-sized and portable this proving unit is unique in that it sources stable ac and dc voltages for both LoZ and HiZ instruments. Unnecessary exposure to shock and arc flash are avoided, this device provides a safe way of testing an electrical test tool is functioning properly before a live test. Including TPAK magnetic hanging strap (331-7402) allowing hands free testing, the PRV240 also has a long battery life of around 5,000 tests per set of 4 x AA batteries.
