Mechanical Position Indicator

Mechanical devices for reading settings and outputs on machinery and equipment requiring adjustment by means of rotating shafts or lead screws.

Operating use:

To give an exact reading of distance moved by relating the reading of the indicator to the thread pitch of the shaft or lead screw (type dependant on pitch - see table).
To count the number of turns of a shaft (types 001.00 or 0001.0), allowing an operator to set a specific setting to perform a given function.

Fitting Instructions:

Drill 6mm by 10mm deep hole 22mm from centre of shaft to accept rear locating pin
Zero set shaft and indicator reading
Locate on shaft and tighten grub screw
