This service offers customers 5 years of security by expanding the UPS / ePDU standard warranty of 60 months (normal warranty 12 or 24 months depending on the model). During this 5-year period Eaton ensures timely delivery of a replacement UPS or ePDU in the event of a malfunction. This applies to both electronic parts and batteries. Logistics costs for shipping back your faulty product and delivering the new one will be covered by EATON
