Universal Lockouts
The Universal Lockout device is designed to "Lock Out" quarter turn valves of varying sizes and geometric handle dimensions (round, square, flat). These lockout devices will accommodate valve handles up to 1 1/4 " thick x 1 5/8 " wide of various lengths.,For process safety control requirements (non-lockout applications) the Universal Lockout device can lock valves in the off, on and throttled positions. The device will accommodate a second arm (purchased separately) to lock handles in a throttled position and to lock out 3, 4 and 5 way valves. The Universal device is made of durable super-tough nylon and stainless steel materials. The device is strong, lightweight, and resistant to most chemicals.
