Sipha series magnetic coded safety switches
Pre-cabled, contact-free locking safety switches that provide performance equal or superior to that offered by mechanical locking devices.
These switches are fully sealed to IP67, for applications requiring strict hygiene.
Two switches are available: type 1 in a small housing, and type 2 in a longer housing.
The circuit opens when the magnet is at a distance of 11 mm, for type 1, and 12mm for type 2. The circuit closes when the magnet is at a distance of less than 5 mm for type 1,and 9 mm for type2.
A control unit for controlling the switches features two LED indicators: green to indicate that the circuit is closed, and red to indicate power on.
The control device is mounted on 35 mm DIN railmm.
