2000 Series Lugged Lid ABS Boxes
A range of grey lugged lid electronic enclosures, designed for a broad range of surface mounting applications. Ideal for when extra security is needed as once it is mounted it restricts access to the screws in the lid. These enclosures have a protection class rating of IP54.
Features and Benefits:
2-part moulded boxes in 1.8 mm thick ABS
Flanged boxes with flange lids
Slots on all 4 sides for vertically supporting 1.6 mm PCBs
Withstand temperatures of up to 85°C
Flame retardant versions have flammability rating of UL 94 V0
(IP) Ingress Protection and what it means
IP rating classifies the degrees of protection provided against the intrusion of solid objects (including body parts like hands and fingers), dust, accidental contact and water in electrical enclosures.
