STS1TX Sub-1GHz RF Transmitter
The STS1TX is a very low-power RF transmitter, intended for RF wireless applications in the sub-1GHz band. It is designed to operate both in the license-free ISM and SRD frequency bands at 169, 315, 433, 868 and 915MHz, but can also be programmed to operate at other frequencies in the 300-348MHz, 387-470MHz and 779-956MHz bands. STS1TX is fully compatible with the wireless M-Bus protocol.

RF Output Power: up to +16dBm
Modulation: FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK or OOK
OTA data rate: up to 500kbps
Programmable channel spacing (12.5kHz minimum)
Packet handler featuring data whitening, CRC generation and FEC with interleaving
Flexible packet length with dynamic payload length
AES-128 encryption co-processor
96-byte Tx FIFO buffer
Host communication: serial SPI
Wake-up on internal timer and wake-up on external event
