FUSB300C, Programmable USB Type-C Controller, Fairchild Semiconductor
The FUSB300C is a hardware thin client solution supporting the implemention of a DRP/DFP/UFP USB Type-C control. It provides the software flexibility for multiple platforms support through I²C Programmability.
The USB Controller performs USB Type-C detection including attach and orientation. The FUSB300C automates VBUS threshold detection as well as the various charging current levels. Integrated is a VCONN power switch.
